Individual Giving Coordinator

Fred Rogers Productions is seeking an Associate, Individual Giving to support the organization's individual fundraising efforts. Reporting to the Director of Development, this position is responsible for supporting donor cultivation and stewardship, coordinating fundraising campaigns, maintaining donor information, and assisting with major gift initiatives. The Associate will work collaboratively across the organization to strengthen relationships with supporters and help advance the organization's fundraising goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Individual Giving

• Support the cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and retention of individual donors.
• Coordinate donor acknowledgment processes and ongoing stewardship activities.
• Respond to donor inquiries and maintain positive donor relationships.
• Assist in preparing donor communications and other fundraising materials.

Major Gift Support

• Conduct prospect research and prepare donor briefings.
• Assist in developing solicitation strategies and proposal materials.
• Coordinate donor meetings and manage follow-up activities.

Fundraising Campaigns

• Coordinate annual and special fundraising campaigns across multiple channels.
• Develop and maintain campaign timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely completion of campaign deliverables.
• Assist with the preparation of campaign communications and related materials.

Data Management and Reporting

• Maintain accurate donor records within the organization's constituent relationship management (CRM) system.
• Prepare fundraising reports and track key performance metrics.
• Assist with donor segmentation and data analysis to support fundraising strategies.
• Help ensure the integrity and accuracy of donor data.

Program Development

• Research and evaluate emerging fundraising strategies, including peer-to-peer fundraising and planned giving.
• Assist with the implementation and evaluation of new fundraising initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve fundraising processes and donor engagement.

Organizational Support

• Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to support fundraising priorities.
• Assist with foundation and corporate fundraising activities as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two to five years of experience in individual giving, annual giving, or nonprofit fundraising.
• Experience supporting fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship activities.
• Experience with major gift fundraising is preferred.
• Experience using donor CRM systems.
• Familiarity with fundraising analytics, reporting, and donor segmentation.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and digital fundraising tools.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build effective working relationships.
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills.

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
