Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact through deal closing, ensuring consistent follow-up and customer engagement.
• Present vehicle features, financing options, and promotional offers clearly and confidently, utilizing excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Negotiate terms effectively to close high-end and budget vehicle deals while maximizing dealership profitability.
• Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance packages, or accessories to enhance customer value.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track leads, manage client information, and support ongoing sales efforts.
• Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure optimal stock levels of passenger cars aligned with market demand.
• Support sales team management by participating in training sessions, sharing best practices, and contributing to achieving dealership sales targets.
• Maintain organized records of all transactions, customer interactions, and inventory movements for accurate reporting.
