Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with payment processing
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department
- Data entry
- Reconciliation of cash drawer
- General office duties as assigned
- Light lot duties as assigned
Qualifications
Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
Professional appearance and eagerness to improve in all aspects
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be available to work Saturday
