Our mission is directly tied to the humanity, dignity and inherent value of each employee, patient, community member and supporter. Our commitment to learning across our differences and similarities make us stronger. We seek employees who bring different and innovative ways of seeing the world and solving problems.

This role offers a meaningful opportunity for exposure to healthcare operations, change management, and cross-functional collaboration, while supporting real-time operational work that directly impacts patient care delivery. It will provide direct exposure to leadership and offers the chance to understand how large academic health systems translate strategy into operational execution. This internship will follow a project-based model with selective shadowing opportunities as appropriate.
