Job Description
Fred Haas Toyota World is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Biller to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate accuracy, efficiency, and a commitment to high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and process vehicle billing for retail, lease, and wholesale transactions
- Verify accuracy of sales documentation and ensure all supporting paperwork is complete
- Post new and used vehicle sales to accounting records
- Maintain schedules and reconcile billing statements
- Communicate with sales and finance departments to resolve discrepancies
- Submit and follow up on funding with financial institutions
- Ensure timely submission of DMV paperwork and related documentation
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Assist with additional accounting functions and administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general accounting software
- Automotive dealership billing experience preferred
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous dealership billing or accounting experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver license (must be insurable)
