Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer or Controller, oversees the operational elements of the accounting and finance functions. Daily management and supervision staff responsible for revenue management including medical billing and claims and accounts receivable; program cost reimbursement accounting including residential/housing/school and community-based services, general accounting and financial systems integrity, accounts payable, payroll, auditing and financial reporting, and staff providing support to Fred Finch Youth and Family Services, Inc./CARES (FF) accounting function. This role ensures accurate and timely preparation of financial records and smooth operations across the accounting department.

Pay/Benefits at a Glance:
- Pay range is between $54.29 and $69.28 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Qualifications:
Education:
- B.A. Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or economics from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Five (5) years’ experience in role supervising and/or overseeing accounting operations, preferably in a nonprofit or public entity.
- Two (2) years of direct management experience.
