We are currently seeking a dependable and organized Parts Coordinator to support our technicians, warehouse operations.
Job Overview:
Coordinate materials, inventory across multiple departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This salaried position plays a key role in field support by ensuring that technicians are equipped with the materials they need, trucks are properly maintained and stocked, and that customer and internal communication runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Service Technicians with part sourcing and acquisition
- Coordinate lead times and prep materials for scheduled return visits
- Assist Install Technicians with part sourcing and acquisition
- Act as Dispatcher for the Parts Procurement Specialist (PPS)
- Track and manage all warranty parts inventory and direct them to the Warranty Administrator
- Handle customer questions over the phone and at the service counter
- Serve as backup Service Dispatcher when needed
- Operate a forklift and provide warehouse support to the Warehouse Manager as needed
- Manage and restock inventory for Service (Wednesday 8am) and Install trucks (TBD)
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to maintain proper parts stocking
- Participate in after-hours dispatch rotation
- Participate in after hours parts support as needed
- Perform other duties as needed to support the overall success of the company

& Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years experience in field support, dispatching, logistics, or inventory preferred
- HVAC industry knowledge or mechanical aptitude a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
- Comfortable with moderate lifting and warehouse activity
- Computer skills including, typing, Microsoft office, Google suite, but not limited to.
Additional Expectations:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office-especially Word and Excel.
- Typing: 50 words/minute (typing.com)
- Driving personal vehicle in critical or peak demand requires you to deliver
