What You'll Do
- Work within a growing facilities department on a wide variety of projects
- Respond to emergency facilities requests
- Change HVAC air filters in all buildings per schedule and record information in log book
- Perform maintenance, repairs, painting, electrical, plumbing, etc
- Utilize MaintainX platform to receive, track and complete work orders
