Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a structured, rotating schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Two evenings per week: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays (typically two per month)
- No Sundays!
Compensation:
- $16.00/hour base pay
- Performance-based bonus opportunities with no cap
- Most employees earn $50,000–$60,000 annually
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and text
- Build relationships and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
- Represent Fred Beans Automotive with professionalism and care

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
