As a Used Car Sales Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the used car department, lead and develop the sales team, drive profitability, and help create a positive and successful dealership environment. This role works closely with the General Manager and other department leaders to achieve sales goals and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the used car sales team
• Create and execute strategies to drive sales and profitability
• Manage used vehicle inventory and merchandising
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process
• Train and coach team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and customer service
• Monitor department performance and analyze sales data
• Collaborate with dealership leadership to achieve operational goals

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales management experience required
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and profitability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with inventory management and dealership operations preferred
