What you’ll do:
- Maintain air compressors, air hoses and reels in service shop. Perform PM (preventative maintenance) on air compressors per PM schedule. Maintain log book
- Check for air leaks in air lines and repair as needed.
- Change HVAC air filters in building per schedule and record information in log book. Annual coil cleaning.
- Ensure boiler room is neat and tidy and no storage items are placed in it (tires, grill, etc.)
- Maintain a good supply of ceiling tiles, light bulbs, ballasts, etc. Order and replace as needed.
- Replace ceiling tiles, lightbulbs, ballasts, etc. as needed
- Perform maintenance, repairs, painting, electrical, plumbing, etc. as needed. Note: If unable to do required repair speak to Supervisor immediately for further instructions.
- Empty showroom, sales lunchroom, 2nd floor lunchroom and service trash on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.
- Check cleanliness in customer men’s and ladies rooms. Empty trash as needed so it’s not overflowing.
- Be sure dumpster area is neat, clean and free of debris. Make sure recyclable boxes are broken down and placed in proper trash dumpster.
- Remove leaves and blowing trash from around the building.
- Repair and replace downspouts.
- Paint on an as needed basis.
- Ensure facility is neat, clean and well organized.
- Report an conditions you see as potential problems to Service Manager, General Manager or Fred Beans; i.e. safety issues, broken equipment, problems with the building.
- Assist with special projects assigned by the General Manager or Service Manager.
- Perform basic repair and maintenance to shop equipment as needed.
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs of custodial equipment.
- Clean and maintain break rooms, bathrooms and locker rooms.
- Assist in maintaining a 5S culture.
- Perform basic maintenance, repairs and cleaning at CTC truck shop.
- Make recommendations on facility improvements.
