What you’ll do:
- Provide customer service and support to existing and prospective customers via internet, phone, email, and text.
- Qualify inbound leads as sales opportunities and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist retail and commercial sales teams with scheduling appointments and follow-up.
- Build rapport and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers. Address customer concerns and escalate as appropriate.
- Manage and maintain electronic records using various technologies, including CRM and Microsoft tools.
- Maintain working knowledge of dealership products, services, procedures, and policies.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
