Experience with Collision or Production Models is required along with expectations for high quality and timely repairs. Extremely busy shop with an opportunity for a career changing position.

Qualifications:
Prior Production or Shop management required
Pa Appraisers License required
CCCONE Experience Required.
Experience in Collision Estimating, Production or Repair.
5S philosophy, Lean Manufacturing or Green Belt Training a plus
Ability to work in team environment and lead others
Possess strong communication skills
ICAR Certification
