What You’ll Do
- Post all accounts receivable transactions accurately and on a timely basis.
- Process customer payments, including checks, credit cards, and electronic payments, and ensure proper application to accounts.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections.
- Prepare and send customer statements as needed.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing questions or disputes.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting as required.

- Previous Accounts Receivable experience preferred
- Understanding of billing, collections, and account reconciliation
- Ability to handle high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic Excel and Microsoft Office experience required
