What You'll Do

• Work within a growing facilities department on a wide variety of projects
• Respond to emergency facilities requests
• Change HVAC air filters in all buildings per schedule and record information in log book
• Perform maintenance, repairs, painting, electrical, plumbing, etc
• Utilize MaintainX platform to receive, track and complete work orders

What You'll Need

• Ability to work independently and prioritize
• HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical experience a plus!!
• Record information in computer software program
• Ability to troubleshoot facility issues
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• At least 18 years of age

Experience:

• Property maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
• HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)
• Plumbing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
