The Fred Anderson group has an amazing and RARE opportunity available for a facility manager to join our ever-growing company! This individual will be responsible for multiple dealership facilities in the Asheville area.
We are looking to hire someone after the first of the year! Training will be provided. This is a Monday-Friday role with on-call responsibilities. Previous hands-on building repair experience is required.

- Previous facility management experience, hands-on repair experience required
- Assist with on-site repairs for the dealership
- A self-starter who can manage their daily tasks and time efficiently
- Assist our senior facility manager at other locations as needed
- Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with key employees, management, and outside vendors
- Has continued focus and communication with housekeeping to ensure service levels are met
- Conduct regular inspection tours of all buildings, equipment, and systems
- Assists in special event setup and activities
- Other duties as assigned by the General Managers
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
