Production Technician (Paid Training)

What You'll Do
Depending on your interests and abilities, you'll be trained to operate a variety of equipment and processes that may include:
- Heat pressing hats and apparel
- Embossing and debossing garments
- Debossing leather goods
- Operating commercial laser engraving equipment
- Preparing and receiving incoming shipments
- Operating and maintaining UV printers
- Producing custom stickers and decals
- Operating flatbed printing equipment
- Learning to operate our automatic Merrow sewing equipment
- Assisting with production, quality control, and packaging
- Operating commercial screen printing presses
As you gain experience, you'll have opportunities to learn additional equipment and take on greater responsibility.

Previous manufacturing, production, printing, embroidery, laser, or screen printing experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for much of the workday
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working around production equipment & moderate noise
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
