Job Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office(s) to ensure efficiency, organization, and productivity. This role supports staff, manages administrative tasks, and maintains a positive and professional work environment.
Primary Responsibilities

Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.

Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, and other standard office equipment.

Serves as the receptionist for the office, greeting visitors and applicants.

Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters.

Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.

Sorts incoming mail and delivers to appropriate department or individual.

Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically.

Manages team calendars and schedule meetings

Maintain FOB Assignments and Coordinate Building Access

Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of all office equipment and will contact IT and/or vendors for any repairs or troubleshooting needed

Coordination of alarm access, alarm triggers, and new assignments

Inspection of property for any issues that arise (and handling of any vendors needed to make repairs)

Coordination of staff and vendors for landscaping maintenance and snow removal
-
Monitor office and kitchen supplies and make orders as necessary

Serve as liaison with vendors, service providers, and building management

Coordinate company events and meetings

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Keep accurate records of office expenses and maintain

Coordination of calendar needs for senior leadership

Coordination of team specific event planning

Coordination for team travel arrangements

Note taking and appropriate communication cadences for senior leadership meetings

Answering the mail phone line and rerouting to appropriate team members as needed

Performs other related duties as assigned.
