FRC Component Products in Mason City Iowa is seeking a full time purchasing agent.
This position is responsible for providing accurate, complete and on‑time purchasing and expediting of materials, components, equipment, services required to operate facility.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Procures materials, components, supplies, equipment, and services at favorable cost, consistent with quality and schedules.
. Investigates and recommends sources of supply and recommends purchases through contractual arrangements to effect cost savings.
. Expedites suppliers for on-time delivery of purchased parts.
. Analyze standard costs and coordinate changes based on actual purchase price.
. Provides accurate material cost information for customer bid requests.
REQUIREMENTS:
. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience preferred.
. Must be a U.S. citizen.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
