Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Apply paint using various techniques, including airless paint spraying, to achieve desired finishes.
- Assist in the renovation and restoration of residential properties, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Install fixtures and perform basic remodeling tasks as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed on construction sites.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize basic math skills for measuring areas and calculating paint quantities needed for jobs.
Skills
- Proficiency in residential painting techniques and airless paint spraying.
