Essential Job DutiesDetain shoplifters when necessaryConduct store surveillance via CCTV and sales floorProtect company’s assets by conducting internal and external investigations using data analyticsIdentify shrink caused by fraud, theft, operational errors, and policy violationsFind innovative ways to utilize all resources within policy to solve problemsDocument theft and other security violationsProduce and submit detailed reports supported by facts and evidence in a timely mannerMaintain a communication relationship with local law enforcement agenciesInspect buildings, equipment and access points to determine security riskConduct daily audits (food safety walkthrough in all sub-departments) and identify source of discrepancyOther Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
