What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Technician or Assistant position at Frazer Veterinary Hospital, Inc.?
Frazer Veterinary Hospital Inc. is hiring a part-time and/or a full-time veterinary technician (preferably certified, CVT/RVT) or veterinary assistant. We are looking for an individual who is friendly, self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, and is willing to help in all aspects of the veterinary practice.
Some responsibilities/skills include:
- Ability to handle and restrain animals safely and calmly
- Carrying out laboratory tests
- Assisting in taking radiographs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and team members
- Ability to multitask while working productively in a team environment

SIGN ON BONUS: for individuals who are a certified veterinary technician, who have finished veterinary technician school, or have 3 years of veterinary experience as a veterinary assistant are eligible for a sign on bonus.
