Role: Executive Assistant – Private Equity
Location: New York, NY
Hybrid: 4 days in office
Compensation Range: $100k–120k base bonus
Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
This is a dynamic and highly visible role where you’ll be a key partner to executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to broader strategic initiatives.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones
- Acting as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Preparing and editing correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Supporting special projects and confidential initiatives
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of priorities
Key Requirements:
- 2–8 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role
- Experience supporting senior executives in financial services or professional services preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
