Representing a leading global investment firm, we are proud to be leading the search for a Talent Coordinator. This newly created role will manage the end-to-end operations of the Associate Program and drive high-volume recruitment logistics across multiple offices.
This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence talent processes, enhance candidate experience, and support leadership in building a world-class program. As the Talent Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
• Coordinating high-volume recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews, managing communications, and tracking feedback
• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for the Associate Program, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional candidate experience
• Leading logistics for mid-year and year-end performance review cycles, including materials preparation and timeline management
• Supporting training programs and annual offsite events, including vendor coordination and budget tracking
• Providing proactive administrative support to the Director of Talent, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
• Handling reporting, data tracking, and project management tasks to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
To be successful in this role our client is looking for a:
• Bachelor’s degree holder with 5 years of experience in a high-volume, detail-oriented support role (private equity, consulting, or financial services preferred)
• Proven ability to manage complex scheduling and logistics under pressure with accuracy and composure
• Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
• Experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and event planning
• High-level interpersonal skills and executive presence, with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with HR systems and event logistics is a plus
