Frauendienst Enterprise LLC is a dedicated, trucking‑focused operation built on reliability, efficiency, and strong community roots. We are currently seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Scheduler / Administrative Assistant to integrate into our team and help keep our daily logistics and operations running seamlessly. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The successful candidate will take ownership of vital operational workflows, including but not limited to: Load Coordination: Efficiently schedule, sequence, and coordinate daily trucking loads to maximize asset utilization. Driver Dispatch & Communication: Maintain continuous, clear lines of communication with drivers to ensure optimal routing, address on-road challenges, and guarantee on‑time deliveries. Shop Support: Provide administrative assistance and operational coordination within a hands-on, day to-day shop environment.

Documentation & Records: Maintain precise, up-to-date schedules, electronic logs, regulatory records, and critical operational documentation.

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a professional point of contact for external vendors, truck drivers, and internal management teams.

General Administration: Deliver comprehensive administrative and clerical support to streamline core business functions as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Industry Experience: Prior background or hands-on experience in trucking, logistics, agriculture, or an automotive/diesel shop environment is highly preferred. Adaptability: Proven ability to successfully manage and pivot alongside fluid, rapidly changing logistical priorities throughout the day. Organizational Excellence: Exceptional multitasking capability coupled with sharp attention to detail and accurate data entry. Environment Comfort: Fully comfortable and confident working within an active, practical shop and trucking environment.
