Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve drinks and food promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, ensuring correct transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy nights or large parties
Requirements
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions
- Experience working in a bar environments is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends
