Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS system
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and processing payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available for service.
- Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking practices.
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic math for accurate measurement of ingredients, change calculation, and sales reconciliation.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of alcohol laws, and responsible serving techniques.
