Schedule: Monday - Friday (Weekends as needed)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: includes the following but is not limited to:

• Perform related duties as assigned by Yard and or Shipping Manager
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications
• Inspect incoming materials and verify packing slips
• Inspect yard equipment’
• Clean inside and outside of the trucks
• Conduct routine inspections of the truck and trailer, identify any maintenance or safety concerns and promptly report all issues to the shop department/main office
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet distribution schedules
• Maintain positive relationship with customer contact
• Promote team effort in helping each other. This will increase the performance levels of all in supplying a high standard of satisfactory service to the customer
• Always promotes safety first and assists in maintaining housekeeping requirements on the premises
• Safeguard the confidentiality of FRATCO, especially products, operations, financial, customers, and personal information
• Maintain a positive cooperative working relationship with customers, community, and those persons superior or subordinate to this position, as well as peers

Deliver loads to customers with a 50’ trailer, may have to back into tight drives, fields, locations.  Have the ability to push product off trailer by hand at times.

Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/ability required. • Must have knowledge of, and be able to identify all products
• Must be able to drive Fratco truck and pass all insurance requirements
• Must be able to haul a 50’ trailer and back into tight drives efficiently and provide customer service at delivery site
• Must be able to competently operate all distribution equipment

Must be able to count inventory

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal employees and external customers
• Have valid driver's license with good driving history
• Must be 21 years of age
• Have and maintain CDL license, does not require air brakes.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
