Schedule and Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm (on call as needed)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees.
Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and conducive to productivity.
Maintain office equipment and supplies inventory, reorder items as necessary.
Coordinate with vendors and services providers to ensure office facilities are properly maintained.
Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing necessary papering necessary paperwork and facilitating orientation.
Manage employee records and update HR database with relevant information.
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Assist in managing office budgets and expenses.
Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Serve as a liaison between management and employees, conveying important information and announcements.
Facilitate effective communication within the office, ensuring information flows efficiently
Qualifications/Education:
Bilingual capabilities are preferred
Must have a complete understanding of employee rights and responsibilities.
Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with employees, prospective employees, and management.
Must have a working knowledge of all OSHA and EPA regulations and reporting requirements.
Must be able to use company operating systems.
Proficiency in MS office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
Verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
