Our Barista role is a key part of the café experience at Frasier.
In this role, you’ll prepare espresso beverages and café items while helping create a space that is warm, organized, and welcoming for residents, guests, and team members. You’ll play an important role in daily interactions that make Frasier feel like home.

Pay Range: $18.40-$21.15 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule: Open Availability. Shifts are 1:00 pm-6:30 pm

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Deliver a Welcoming Café Experience
- Greet residents, guests, and coworkers warmly and professionally
- Provide timely, accurate beverage and food service
- Build familiarity with regular guests and their preferences
Prepare Beverages & Café Items
- Prepare espresso drinks and café food items using standardized recipes
- Maintain quality, presentation, and portion standards
- Support catering or special café service needs as assigned
Maintain a Clean, Organized Environment
- Keep café equipment, workstations, and service areas clean and organized
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
- Complete opening, mid‑shift, and closing tasks using checklists
Support the Team
- Replenish café supplies and condiments as needed
- Assist fellow dining team members to keep operations running smoothly
- Participate in peer‑to‑peer training with support from dining leadership
WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Clear, respectful communication with residents, guests, and team members
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (training provided)
- Comfort learning point‑of‑sale systems and handling basic transactions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous barista, food service, or customer‑facing experience preferred but not required
