We are currently working on an interim In-House role with our client, a well-established UK charity. They are seeking an experienced Contracts Lawyer to join their busy Edinburgh office on a fixed-term contract for three months.
The successful candidate will primarily focus on commercial contracts and manage a dynamic caseload, including service agreements, licensing agreements, risk management, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and partnership agreements.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ PQE with extensive experience in commercial contracts and the ability to hit the ground running. While the role is predominantly office-based, there is some flexibility if required.
