Fraser is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Fraser Preschool and Childcare to lead one of Minnesota's premier inclusive early childhood education programs. This role provides overall leadership for school operations, program quality, staff development, family engagement, and strategic growth, ensuring exceptional outcomes for children of all abilities and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Fraser School.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of coordinators and educators.
• Oversee enrollment, capacity planning, and family engagement.
• Maintain NECPA accreditation and Parent Aware 4-Star standards.
• Utilize data and outcomes to drive program effectiveness and operational improvements.
• Manage budgets, grants, and contracts to support sustainable program growth.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor policy and legislative changes impacting early childhood education and inclusion services.
• Represent Fraser School in the community and build partnerships that benefit children and families.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Family Education, Therapy or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Leadership experience in early childhood education, child development, family services, or a related setting.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (must maintain).
• At least three years of experience in administration with operations and budget responsibility.
• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record required.
