We service hundreds of commercial buildings across CT, RI, and MA — offices, medical facilities, warehouses, industrial plants, and more. We have a solid client base and we're ready to scale. The backend is built. We need a closer.
Responsibilities
- Walk into commercial buildings, introduce yourself, and get in front of facilities managers and property owners
- Pitch Fraser Commercial Services and close new cleaning contracts
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Build and manage your own pipeline — track activity and report back on open opportunities
- Cover commercial corridors within 80 miles of New London, CT
Qualifications
- Comfortable walking into businesses cold — this is a door-knocking-first role
- Self-starter who can build and work their own schedule without hand-holding
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required
- Prior B2B or outside sales experience preferred, not required
- Hunger, consistency, and coachability matter more than a resume
Compensation
- 100% commission, 1099 independent contractor
- You earn the first month's profit on every account you close
- Example: close a $10,000/month contract → walk away with ~$4,000
- No cap. Bigger accounts = bigger paydays.
Salary : $36,000 - $120,000
