Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out experiences
- Manage reservations using the property management system ThinkReservations
- Handle guests' lodging inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with guest services including room assignments, special requests, and resolving issues promptly with a customer service-oriented mindset
- Ensuring property safety procedures are followed
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and incident reports
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to high standards and facilities are well-maintained
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to solve problems efficiently and professionally
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling guest inquiries
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
