Position Summary

We are seeking Retail Sales Team Members who are passionate about helping people and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for welcoming customers, answering questions, offering solutions, and ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident and inspired. We sell the experience, and you are a key part of bringing that experience to life.

This is a seasonal position running from April through October.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and memorable guest experience through personalized service
• Assist customers in finding plants and answering questions about gardening projects
• Complete sales from greeting through checkout, including assisting with loading purchases
• Answer Garden Center phone calls and provide accurate information
• Stock, water, and maintain plant displays
• Assist with merchandising and receiving as directed
• Keep retail spaces clean, organized, and professional
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Desire to be a positive team player with a passion for plants
• Strong desire to learn and grow
• Ability to stand, bend, move, and lift throughout the workday
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Good communication skills; basic Spanish or desire to learn is a plus
• General computer knowledge
• Flexibility, with an understanding that priorities may change day to day

Compensation & Benefits

Wage: DOE

Full-time and part-time positions available.
