What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Coordinator-Evansville-FT position at Frantz Building Services?
Position Details:
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time
PAY RATE: $17/Hr
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday | 5p-130a
PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday
What the job looks like:
- Daily checks at several locations; driving required
- Perform cleaning duties at a maximum quality level
- Perform work within production time budgets and supply budgets
- Keep equipment clean and in good operating condition
- Follow all safety rules and participate in the companys safety program
- Project a professional image and maintain good customer and public relations
- Adhere to company rules, policies, and operating procedures
- Orientation towards teamwork in certain locations/working as a part of a team
- Report to the site supervisor any equipment breakdowns, unsafe conditions, customer complaints, and any other problems that may occur
- Adhere to the tardiness and absenteeism policy
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license & good driving record
- Must have at least 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
