Janitorial Team Coordinator - Bloomington - FT

Position Details:

POSITION TYPE: Full - Time

PAY RATE: $17.00 - $19.00 / Hr

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM

• time can vary by one hour depending on the job that needs completed.

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday

What the job looks like:

Position Summary:

The Janitorial Team Lead supports daily operations across assigned facilities by ensuring quality service, filling staffing gaps, supporting team members, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role serves as a working leader who steps in when coverage is needed, oversees operations in the Manager’s absence, and ensures all cleaning standards and customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill in at assigned locations when Team Members are absent to ensure uninterrupted service

• Deliver cleaning supplies and materials to buildings as needed

• Oversee daily janitorial operations when the Manager is unavailable

• Complete customer and/or management requests promptly and professionally

• Conduct routine walkthroughs of buildings to verify all work is completed to company and customer standards

• Inspect facilities for cleanliness, safety, and quality assurance

• Address and communicate any issues, deficiencies, or customer concerns to management

• Support and assist Team Members with training, guidance, and problem-solving when needed

• Ensure proper use of approved cleaning procedures, supplies, and equipment

• Maintain positive customer relationships through responsiveness and professionalism

Goal of Position:

To ensure all facilities remain fully staffed, properly supplied, and consistently maintained while supporting both customers and management through dependable leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license & good driving record
• Must have at least 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
