A rapidly growing commercial flooring contractor in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a seasoned Account Executive with a proven track record of driving Multi-Million Dollar revenue within the commercial flooring space.
This is not a “walk-in accounts” role. This is for a true hunter and relationship builder who thrives on creating opportunity, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Own
- Build, grow, and manage your own book of business from the ground up
- Develop strategic relationships with GCs, developers, property managers, government agencies, and end users
- Drive projects from initial pursuit through closeout
- Act as the face of the business for your clients—sales through execution
- Partner closely with estimating, operations, and field teams to deliver winning bids and successful projects
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently generating new business and expanding key accounts
- Managing multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships
- Converting pipeline into awarded work in a competitive market
- Operating with an ownership mindset and long-term growth focus
