Main Responsibilities:
- Operate Folder/ Gluer Machinery: Set up and operate folder/gluer machinery for various types of folding cartons, ensuring the production of high-quality products.
- Read and Understand Job Tickets: Read and respond to scheduling software to define machine setup, understanding order job tickets before making preparations.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Regularly check carton quality, batch count, and case pack, completing job orders and checking final production counts against orders.
- Perform Machine Repairs: Perform operator-level machine repairs and maintenance as needed, adhering to all safety and quality procedures.
- Meet Efficiency Goals: Responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly efficiency goals by exceeding established production and quality standards.
Requirements and Benefits:
