Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Cleaning commercial and medical office space, including mopping, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, trash removal, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, etc.
- Cleaning bathroom and office areas and restocking these areas as needed (refilling dispensers, etc.)
- Cleaning amenity spaces and other indoor areas including the fitness center, business lounge, lobby, hallways, elevators, and bathrooms
- Requesting cleaning supply orders as needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of housekeeping or janitorial experience
- Prior experience cleaning doctor’s offices or hotel suites is highly desired
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills
- Demonstrate an energetic, self-motivating and “can do" attitude
- Light to medium pushing and lifting is required
- Must have reliable transportation
Must be available to work the required full-time schedule of Sunday 7:00am to 3:30pm and Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
This is a union position with the 32BJ union in Philadelphia. Benefits are provided through the union.
