What are the responsibilities and job description for the FWSU Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Franklin West Supervisory Union?
Franklin West Supervisory Union is seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated Student Support Services team. This position works collaboratively with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive, evidence-based behavioral supports that promote student success. The BCBA will serve all 3 schools within Franklin West Supervisory Union.
The successful candidate will have experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), analyzing behavioral data, and providing services to students. In addition, the BCBA will provide coaching, training, and ongoing consultation to educators and support staff to strengthen the implementation of effective behavioral practices.
