This role is hybrid, working in St. Petersburg, FL or Rancho Cordova, CA offices on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Scheduled work hours are within the call center hours of operation, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–8:00 pm ET.

Experience, Education & Certifications
- Customer service experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Understanding of financial services or a genuine interest in learning about the investment management industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and prioritize.
- Proficient with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly.
