Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Prep & Detail Department at Franklin Sussex Auto Mall. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and advance within the company.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare new and used vehicles for the lot, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and appearance.
- Clean and prepare new and used vehicles for delivery, paying attention to every detail to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Wash customers' vehicles, using eco-friendly products and techniques to protect their vehicles' finish.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including general dealership maintenance and upkeep.
- Lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis, demonstrating strength and endurance in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record that meets insurance company guidelines.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities during month-end periods.
- Be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and driver's license check.
