Duties
- Manage daily inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts through regular audits and inventory management systems
- Utilize RF scanners to track product movement, update stock records, and streamline receiving and shipping processes
- Oversee shipping and receiving activities, verifying shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation
- Coordinate stocking, merchandising, packaging, and product placement to optimize store presentation and accessibility
- Support retail sales by assisting with customer inquiries related to stock availability and product location
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or retail stock control
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate stock tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Knowledge of retail math principles for inventory calculations and stock replenishment planning
- Familiarity with grocery store or retail environments is preferred but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness
