Marketing Associate

We are looking for a growth minded, personable individual to aid in driving key Marketing projects. This position will aid in the development and execution of growth strategies including new product development, place (channels), pricing, and promotions.. This individual will be a key member of a hands-on marketing team and would make a significant contribution. This opportunity will provide real-world, hands-on marketing experience.
Description
- Aid in website redesign to create a best-in-class consumer experience. o Collaborate and communicate with the web designer. o Improve the branding message. o Design site navigation and improve the user experience. o Improve the user’s ease-of-purchase experience. o Create and manage content, including ad copy, images and videos. o Develop a winning on-line product offering.
- Participate in primary and secondary Marketing Research and analysis to guide new product development decisions.
- Aid in the creation of packaging design and implementation to gain firsthand new product development experience from ideation to market adoption.
- Aid in the development and executing of growth strategies including New Product Development, Place (channels), Pricing, and Promotions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent Academic Record
- Exceptional organization and project management skills.
- Ability to deliver on timelines and in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

- Excellent with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
