What You'll Own
You'll manage the full recruiting lifecycle while driving smarter coverage across priority markets:
Full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and onboard field reps
Coverage strategy: identify gaps, prioritize markets, and solve for hard-to-fill territories
Creative sourcing: go beyond traditional job boards; tap into referrals, local networks, niche platforms, and new channels
Candidate experience: timely, clear, and consistent communication that converts candidates to contract hires
Data & optimization: track funnel performance, improve conversion, and refine strategy
The candidate chosen for this role will build a scalable recruiting engine that improves coverage, quality, and retention.
