Franklin & Prokopik (F&P) is recruiting for a full-time Workers’ Compensation Paralegal in our Baltimore office. We are looking for an individual that is service-oriented and has a sense of urgency and responsiveness, operates with integrity and honesty, displays a positive, constructive, “can do” attitude, works diligently and well under deadline pressure, with professionalism.The essential functions of this position include:• Support 2 attorneys• Possess outstanding organizational and time management skills.• Capable of efficiently managing a high volume and time-sensitive workload.• The ability to meet deadlines.• Strict attention to detail.Qualifications for Workers’ Compensation Paralegal:• 1-3 years’ experience in the legal field.• Familiarity with legal documents and terminology.• Working knowledge of management software systems.• Experience with Webfile.• Experience with PracticeMaster and NetDocs a Plus.• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel.• Able to work as a team with attorneys and other colleagues.Communication Skills:• Demonstrated ability to articulate clearly and effectively.• Superior listening, oral and written skills.
