Job Summary
The Barista acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks. Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume while delivering legendary customer service and quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly, understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
- Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.
- Available and open to work weekends, holidays, open and close shifts.
- Able to stand, bend, and reach for entire shift, lift and carry up to 30lbs regularly.
