Bistro Server – Anson11 | Part-Time

Job Summary
This position is responsible for flawless execution of table service for our guests. Required to become an expert in the restaurant’s food and beverage offerings by explaining ingredients, preparation, techniques, available substitutions, wine, and beverage paring for each entrée. Works in collaboration with the FOH staff to uphold Anson11’s high standards of excellence in regard to food quality, presentation, and a superior guest experience.
Qualifications
- Prior bistro experience and professional appearance required.
- Food Handler Certification and minimum 21 years of age.
- Knowledgeable in bistro cuisine, wine, and beverage pairings.
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
- Able to remain calm in a fast-paced team environment.
- Available and open to work weekends, holidays, open and close shifts.
- Able to stand, bend, and reach for entire shift, lift and carry up to 30lbs regularly.
