Dishwasher – Anson11 | Part-Time

Job Summary
This position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Required to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe. Works in collaboration with the BOH staff to uphold the company’s high standards of excellence in regard to food quality, cleanliness, and guest service.
Qualifications
- Up to 1yr exp. preferred but not required working in a hospitality-related kitchen (restaurant, hotel environment).
- Food Handler Certification
- Working knowledge of sanitation procedures and ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
- Available and open to work weekends, holidays, open and close shifts.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop and move quickly, lift/carry up to 50lbs, and work in a hot and damp environment throughout shift.
